The Role of FinTech in Sustainable Healthcare Development in Sub-Saharan Africa: A Narrative Review

This narrative review explores the potential of FinTech in promoting sustainable healthcare development Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA), focusing on role blockchain, crowdfunding, digital payments, and machine learning. The also highlights barriers to adoption SSA, including limited access technology, regulatory challenges, cultural factors, proposes solutions, such as capacity building increased financial investment. Additionally, discusses ethical social implications development, privacy, data security, equity, accessibility. main findings suggest that has significantly improve delivery financing particularly areas information sharing, financing, models. However, addressing mitigating will be essential realizing full region. recommends future research this area, for promote equitable SSA.
